Gary and Mary West Foundation

The Gary and Mary West Foundation is 501(c)(3) private, non-operating foundation dedicated to helping seniors successfully age in place with access to high-quality, affordable health and support services that preserve and protect their dignity, quality of life and independence. Solely funded by Gary and Mary West, the Solana Beach-based foundation has awarded 518 grants totaling more than $211 million since its start in 2006.

Domanica Foundation

Domanica Foundation is a private family foundation that funds educational and social programs that work to enhance and enrich lives and foster empowerment and respect. Founded in 1994, the Texas-based organization primarily focuses on supporting social services that target hunger and homelessness and improve access to healthcare for the underserved. Domanica also offers educational scholarships for nontraditional students.

San Diego Foundation

The San Diego Foundation has been working to advance quality of life, increase social impact, and champion civic engagement in the San Diego region for more than 40 years. Since its inception, the community foundation, which was created by and for the community of San Diego, has granted more than $1.1 billion to local agencies and programs. The San Diego Seniors Community Foundation receives funding from the San Diego Foundation’s Woolley Fund.

Sahm Family Foundation

Created by Roland and Ramona Sahm, the Sahm Family Foundation is a private family foundation based in Southern California. Its mission is to fund programs and agencies that work to improve the welfare of children and seniors, and to support the fine and performing arts.
