The aging network of San Diego consists of a variety of governmental agencies, nonprofits that are exclusively dedicated to support older adults, nonprofits that serve older adults as part of a larger mission, and affiliated stakeholders. SDSCF recognizes that within each community in San Diego, there are numerous organizations such as churches, grassroots community entities, and civic organizations producing a level of support for seniors in their respective neighborhoods.
