Union of Pan Asian Communities (“UPAC”) – The mission of the Union of Pan Asian Communities is to improve the general well-being and education of the Asian, Pacific Islander and other ethnic communities of San Diego County. UPAC’s major areas of focus include: Mental Health, Addiction, Treatment & Recovery, Community Engagement & Business Development, Housing Counseling, Health Promotion and Education, and Cultural Competency Training & Education.
